Damaged Goods

When a got my 2 month old fridge and microwave back my fridge had 3 dents plus the paint was stretched off, my microwave has dents all over the top of it. When one of the buying personal (Frank) saw this he took a photo of the damage and send it to Koennie the store owner, he told Frank to give me R200.00 for the damage. <br> So i contacted the operations manage (Hendrik Swartz). So he said the store will give me R2000.00 for my fridge and i can go buy a new one, so i agreed. i went to HI-FI corp and the same fridge is R2650.00 so i informed Hendrik he said he will speak to Koennie and get back to me the was on Thursday 30/07/2015 Friday 10:30 i phoned he said he will get back to me, i phoned him at 14:20 he had gone home, and i still sit with my damage fridge, that Cash Crusaders damaged.
