Damaged BB 9700

I went to Cash Crusaders this afternoon in the hope of buying myself a blackberry cell.I found the BB 9700 at R599.I asked the sales person if there is any problems with the phone and he assured me there's nothing wrong.Well,After struggling to get the fone charged,as the charger is also broken,I immediately checked the sound and guess what ?,the speaker is faulty,the fone reboots by itself and switches off by itself.The top part of the cover is loose.I asked the guy if the fone was open to all networks,he and the cashier assured me its open to all networks.Well I put in my Telkom mobile card and it said I need to put in a password,I thought I must put in my pin and it said 2 attempts left,panic mode,so I put in my vodacom sim,it says the same thing ,I put in that pin,1 attempt left,totally panicked by now,enraged I started scolding.I specifically asked them these questions and they **** to my face.I'm taking the fone back tomorrow and I expect my money back !!! I drove all the way from Mitchells Plain to N1 City in the hopes of finding a decent fone there.I am angry and disappointed and will never buy there again.All I want is my money !!!
