Customer services absolutely useless and still awaiting my phone for over 8 weeks
So after a review on cash crusaders on my Doogee s40 phone that"s been in for repairs for 8 weeks now ( Since mid September 2020) everything looked good and i thought i was gonna change rating the response was so good BUT over a week in with customer services and STILL NOTHING, they can't tell me where my phone is or anything whatsoever, so does this mean they stole my money or my phone? Sure feels like it. I even asked them on friday(13 November 2020) just to refund me or give me another phone but since then absolutely no response.
