Despite submitting a online complaint (your reference number 5010) on a faulty product purchased and returning it on my expense getting there at your Mall@55 store, returned to the store I was promised it will be sorted within a few days, followed by several emails to follow up on the status after a week, it has now escalated to more than 2 weeks without word or sound from customer service department and or the store (email correspondence and ticket nr confirmed delivered). This is pathetic to sqy the least. Looks like a case of getting salaries and not earning it. Awaiting reply. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!🤘🤘🤘🤘
