Customer Service is Pathetic - Cash Crusaders Chatsworth

<p>To whom it may concern</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>I have pawned my jewels with you’ll on May 17th. I paid them a month later to keep it as I will take my stuff out. So eventually it was time to take it out and I lost my slip. Went to the store they gave me a lady I should contact her on Monday. I did contact her the entire Monday and only managed to get hold of her at 3.45 I called her she gave me an amount owing so I asked her if she is sure that’s the actual amount about 3 times and she assured me it is. So this morning I called her and she said I could come through even thou I don’t have the slip. All of a sudden I get a call at 10.45 and this women is being rude telling me I am a rouge and I did make it know to her that i did ask you yesterday and you said that’s the amount, Maybe you guys should hear the way she and I spoke yester and now all of a sudden when you call me you are rude. Now the manager of cash crusaders Chatsworth cannot give me my stuff. I phoned back to speak to the manager but the call goes through her how conveniently. Ashnee you need to learn how to deal with customers or else go for a course .
