Customer service is a horror show at the ballito branch

Absolutely horrible service from Michelle at the Ballito junction branch, we went there while the doors were still open and business was still in operation, but Michelle had turned us away not because the stuff we was selling they didn't buy but because she had to much work, when we asked for the manager in store she rudely told us "we are speaking to the manager", when we called for the owner she kept putting us on hold. Turning customers away is something you seem to be okay with. But anycase just down the road was a pawn shop that assisted us brilliantly. Thank you Michelle your poor lack of social skills helped another business gain revenue.
