Customer Racial Profiling

I'm rather disappointed that the Cash Crusader brand is so inconsistent. It has become evident that Cash Crusader's applies different policies depending on the area.

Your Parow centre branch demanded that I draw cash (R3000) to pay for my buy backs.

This exposed me to great risk. I queried this and explained that at the N1 City branch I could pay with my card when collecting a buyback. However Parow management would not budge.

I then realised their could only be one reason for this being the colour of my skin as the customers at N1 city is predominantly white hence they obviously get preferential treatment.

I also compared this policy with your competitors Cash converters in the same mall and they don't do this.

I find that this policy difference is unfair and exposing us to great risk.

Please revise this policy and treat us equally.

The Cash Crusader's brand is clearly discriminating against people of colour as it knows which customers it is targeting in the various areas.

I'm rather disappointed with this response. This number is a call center number with various options to choose from.

That fact that you made no further effort to resolve this issue is an indication of your unwillingness to deal with this issue.

It is obvious that the Cash Crusader's brand is happy to exploit people of colour by introducing its own brand of the group areas act.

I will give you some more time to rectify this situation after which I will take a different route.

Regards,

Henfred
