Customer assistance

I wanted to pawn my Garmin and use the money to buy speakers at the same shop. At first they offered me R400 for a R2600 Garmin nuvi. So I decided to take the Garmin somewhere else but still wanted the speakers at Cash Crusaders. But every orher pawn shop was closed. So I returned to Cash Crusaders at Somerset Mall and as I entered the shop, even thou they knew I wanted to go forth with business the closed the buying area just there and said its not their fault that I left. And couldn't help me as a customer even while I was in the shop and just by the retail area and not where I wanted to pawn my gps.
