****** at Cash Crusaders

I am absolutely disgusted in Cash Crusaders 14th Avenue. They had the audacity to charge more interest on my hard drive when they have clearly stated that NO extra interest will be charged!!! When asked why they charged me more when the contract I signed stated a specific amount that I have been paying for the past 6 months and now all of a sudden I’m charged more?? They tore up my document/contract right in front of me and refused to give me a reason why. I managed to get the torn pieces back. They are *****ing from their clients and I will be taking this further. They are a bunch of ****** and management refuses to speak to me directly. I asked for the owner’s contact details but was denied without reason. What type of business are these people running? They have clearly stated on their website that no interest will be added on our loans and our items will not be sold until the close of business day on the 20th June 2020 but yet I was *****ed over. I’ve only ever had problems with this specific branch. Legal actions will be taken.
