Crash Crusaders take your money and give you broken brand new goods STAY AWAY!

Cash crusaders Knysna are to be avoided. Bad Bad bad place! I bought a bicycle out of the box saw it was damage took it back with in 7days told them the bike's frame is bended blamed they send it a way found extra damages ( remember it came out of the box) And they made me pay for the damage they are fixing. They never gave me the option to get my cash back or give me a new bicycle. After spending almost R3000 on the bicycle they mad me spend an extra almost R600 to fix a brand new bicycle. This is absolutely pathetic! So be careful what you by from this Cash Crusaders they **** you out of a lot of money for something you think is brand new and under warranty! You will buy something broken thinking it's new take it back the next day knowing their policy say 7day cash refund not true, and pay to have the broken new item repaired.
