Crash Crusaders Melville/ Campus square just trash

I bought brand new speakers from Crash Crusaders at Campus Sqaure/ Melville. After using them once they blasted. My experience with their rude manager was not pleasant to say the least. After sending it to their repair centre to be fixed I received a quote to never hear from them ever again. I recently made contact again regarding the repairing and how to proceed, and wow it's even worst than the first time. The lack of communication or should I say since I last week I wrote to them twice and there's just nothing. The service from the manager and the buyer was just trash. So far its almost 6k in the water.
