****piest service ever!

I am so disgusted by the service I received at Cash Crusaders in Cape Road Port Elizabeth. My amplifier broke. So I went to give it in at this store. They then told me it will take 5-7 days for them to give me a quote and to tell me what's wrong with it and if they can fix it. It's been 10 days now and still I have not heard anything from them. So I decided to go to them myself this morning. I came there still they could not help me. So I went back at 17:15 today and they STILL have not phoned! This is really pathetic. Honestly the ****pest service ever! The lady phoned while I was standing in store just now and told me they are busy looking at the amp. My point is they told me 5-7 days! They did not even do anything to assist me. They are not trying their best. I am a customer and I would not recommend anyone to cash crusader-ever!I just want my amp to be fixed! I need a area manager or someone to get this sorted. I am not happy at all! I'm not going to leave it here. I have been a loyal client all my years. I always buy all my sound there. But after this never again!
