**** service and **** products
I bought a DVD player for R500. I was dissatisfied with how it worked so took it back within 7 days but they refused to take it back because they were satisfied with the quality of the product. Lesson learnt, albeit an expensive lesson - never buy from cash crusaders because their customer service is ****. Now I'm sitting with a R500 DVD player that doesn't work properly.
