Cracked LCD, Rear cameras not working

Good evening

I bought a Samsung S20FE online from Vryburg store on Saturday 26th.

The phone was delivered to me today. What a disappointment! The screen is FULL of cracks, the back camera's don't work and the cameras are the main reason I liked this phone. When I contacted the store they advised that the price is low because of the defects, but I feel that I should've been informed so that I couldve made an informed decision. I've also never ever bought something from cash crusaders that are not in working condition. Please advise how we can fix this.

I would like to request that the phone be replaced or repaired at your cost please.
