Compromised service standards by the Boss of the day.

Yesterday I literally went to Cash Crusaders In Phillipi Junction Mall as it is my usual exercise when I need a cash for one of my business solutions a newly installed manager who literally made my day so disastrous, first their printer ran out of ink and I was advised that it would be impossible to meet my expectation that is after 45minutes waited, and literally told that what I was looking for won’t be met due to some new changes that were recently implemented.

The cash offer that I needed was not provided though I was offered that offer a month ago but decided to take a lesser one, and three days ago i was offered the same offer I was offered a month ago in a different branch but since Phillipi is my usual branch but literally turned against me I was so disturbed in such that I ended up taking the lesser offer as other branches were already closed I was so heart broken in such that I felt that a review ought to be loaded for such, I give zilch star for such especially when I was assisted by the sales manager on duty, I Wonder where is Riyaaz, Zweli People That would go out of their way to emotionally attached them on what customers really need in the time of need as their Organization stand for that one I give Zero stars for the next 24months.
