This email is to compliment your staff member Thoufeeq , Not only did he go the extra mile but he give the best service I received in such a long time and I will defiantly recommend friends and family to shop from Cash Crusaders Stellenbosch.

On the 28th my son was in search of a Xbox 1 console and found one at your Stellenbosch and Cape Town branch.

I then called the Cape Town branch to set it aside for the next day as we live in Mitchell's Plain and to drive now it would mean we will arrive after closing time , there response was they cant guarantee that the Xbox will still be there because if someone else comes for the X-box today they will sell it to them, all I said its fine I will call back in the morning to confirm if the X-box is still available.

I then called your Stellenbosch branch and spoke to Thoufeeq and just in the matter he answered the phone was already a sign of good customer service. I asked him the same as I did the Cape Town store and Thoufeeq response was mind blowing not something that I would have expected.

He offered to drop it at my home because he too lives in Mitchell's Plain and can drop it the same evening ,Now that I call going the extra mile for your clients

So he came the evening as promised and my son then set everything up and the payment was done.

I can truly say my son is over the moon with his new game and I am happy for the excellent service I received
