Good day. I am lodging a complaint. My mom bought a Dexon double door fridge at BT Ngebs on the 3rd of December and last month the fridge was off. I tried to communicate with the team but nothing happened. All they did was sending people to take the fridge and after there was no communication. I am so disappointed because now they haven't called or anything. We will just ask for a refund and they can keep their fridge.
