Complaint toward Cash Crusaders Table Mall

I am not happy with Cash crusaders at Table Bay Mall in Park-lands Western Cape, I bought a Dixon Speaker last year in August, I played the Speaker 4 times because i'm always at work, speaker was making funny noise while playing and battery would be flat in a minute even if you have charge it fully. I took the Speaker in for repairs in September 2nd week and I was called to collect it in December 3rd week yet it was still doing the same thing, when I returned it the manager told me they don't repair batteries and they will take it to Dixon people then I will have to pay. Speaker is still with them from December. That Speaker was R1500 and I must pay again for repairs of a Speaker that I played few times and it was faulty.

I am not happy at all, I am a customer and I have payed for that Speaker yet the Speaker is still with them and it seems like I will pay for repairs of Speaker that was faulty from the onset. I have lay this complaint to their email then Junita Phillips rep**** as if she was going to assist, we are on third week now no response since I mailed them.
