COMPLAINT? IS THERE A CASH CRUSADERS HEADOFFICE???

We bought a second hand cell phone. They said it was never opened and repaired? We took it back with in 48hours, after we found that it had been repairedand opened.

They have refused to give us a refund? The phone has been there for the almost a month. Tried phoning head office - three days and no human on the other side of the line. Message boxes only???? Complaint e mail sent over the week end and still no reply. Shop still giving us athe run around and no feedback via e mail and can't get through ro headoffice???

Extreamly upset No phone and no money? And this is now almost a month?
