Complaint for cash crusaders Eesterivier mall Capetown

We bought a fridge worth 7k it never worked they kept on sending electricians that are not even qualified to come a repair the fridge but still it doesn’t work when we spoke with the manager Bianca she’s said it’s a second hand fridge that was so shocking meaning it’s not supposed to work because it’s a second hand fridge we here with no fridge all we need is our money back or they must give us a working fridge we don’t want this one it never worked and it was not even tested when we were buying it this is for Cash crusaders at Eesterivier mall Cape Town and im 100 percentage sure the people that they were sending to come and fix they are not qualified
