Good day

Please be advised that I have been a customer at Cash Crusades Atteridgeville for a number of years - ID *** , however recently I have experienced several problems, especially with the change of management at your store.

For the past year i have been taking my car audio equipment to your store for a short term long - the value of my equipment is over R15k, but only take R2K, however the new supervisor only wanted to give me R400 for a loan, my equipment was tested and was in perfect working condition. This is appalling - I went to your store for help and was turned down after been a valued customer. I find the new supervisor has no experience on dealing with customers, and with his staff.

Further to the above, I also left my skill saw at this branch, and it was returned to me in poor condition, as there was some water leak in your store room. The saw was 1 month old in the original packaging ( attached to the packaging was the proof of receipt - for the guarantee) however this was destroyed, the blade on the saw was rusted.

The new supervisor promised to replace the blade and issue me with a 12 month warrantee , which he did not do.

I suggest that you hire people who know how to deal with customers. I will not be going back to your store, until this person has been addressed.
