Complaint about the treatment I received from cash crusaders

Bought a cellphone at cash crusaders,they gave me a week to return it,3days after purchase, the phone started overheating and I took it back,as I arrive with all my proof,the manager and the sales man told me that the phone was discontinued and I had paid R3000 for it,they told me that they can't assist me ,I told them I can't leave this shop up until I get help as per agreement on the receipt, just before their closing time they realise I was not going anywerw and they say they will take tje phone back but I would only get fifty percent,I was in need of a phone and I had to take it as my business was on standstill because I didn't have a phone,I don't regiment cash crusaders vaal at all,****tty service ,they are after your money,I hate that place very poor and day light *******, if u what better things go to the vaal mall or president hyper..the one opposite vaal walk don't go there people ,people there are cruels and skelems ,they took my money R1500 in the day ,so just imagine you want to **** staff or sell ur items
