Complaint

good day , i am Writing this letter for the Pathetic Poor Customer Service from a few staff Members from Cash Crusaders at New Landsdown Mall , firstly the open 30 minutes later than opening time , then they refuses to help Elderly people due to them talking and laughing about the own personal things in stead of helping the customers that was standing in a line outside the store , plus mostly of the people is elderly people , staff then laughed at customers as they starting to complain and just refuses to help some customers as they were complaining to them about there attitude , we have pictures and videos regarding this incident , if i am not going to get any feedback regarding this matter it will go viral over social media , many thanks
