Complaint

I pawned a Sound bar at Cash Crusaders Carlton Centre, and made an agreement to come collect it within 30days. The expiry date was on the 26/02/2020, and was only getting my salary on the 28/02/2020, which i then went on Monday, the 24/02/2020, to ask that I've given an extra 48hrs, I'm going to settle it before it accumulates any interest. Then came Friday, 28/02/2020, I went there to pay what I owed and get my equipment back. Firstly when i got there, it took them almost 30mins to give me my sound(which I started having suspicions), then the AUX Cable was missing, incorrect power cable, and there weren't batteries in the remote. I asked to speak to the manager, and they referred me to a lady by the name of Ms. ***en Mafatle(assistant manager) who then told me that she'll sort the issue out, but went to their office, and never came out, instead, delegated some stuff member to come and give me a replacement AUX cable, and the bought new batteries from a nearby store. I then asked to do a sound check, which I then picked up that there sound is faulty. (Subwoofer is not connecting to the sound bar). I asked the manager AGAIN, and a gentlemen by the name of Rocky Phillips(who initially assisted with an arrangement), came and advised me that he'll get it checked, then it'll be delivered at my place once sorted(and that was 2hrs later, mind you). My sound system is still with them to this day, and I have paid whatever was due 12 days ago already. So today, 10/03/2020, I then made a follow-up, which I was then told that my sound was taken in for repairs. Obviously it is not going to be he same quality that in I took it in. What steps should one take to sort out this issue as swiftly as possible
