Complain regarding cash crusaders hebron mall

Good day

I would like to launch a complian in regards my Microsoft Xbox One console that was taken to Cash crusaders hebron mall for an SSB.

On the 11th of November 2025 i came in store for a collection of my item mentioned above , when i got home i realised that a part of this console is missing of which is a power brick , i then immediately i then sent a text on their WhatsApp line raising the complain regarding this missing item i even went further to snap a pic displaying the items i got inside my bagpack, and it was said to me that they will check thoroughly and that the person who was assisting me is on day off.

On the following day i did a follow up myself and it was said to me that my item might have been lost during RESTRUCTURING of stock however they are looking for a replacement, On the 3rd day i got their text that i should show up in store the replacement has been found. Fast forward today i went for collection of the replacement power brick and only to find out thats its not the exact match for Xbox one , and the managers final descision was that they cannot assist me with replacing the item.
