cash crusader Samtuli mall Katlehong shop 65 sam tuli cnr of khumalo ,katlehong last week i went to the shop to take out my pawned JVC sound bar, my power adapter was missing..neo and zanele told me they will look for it ,in the storage,i should come back another day..i agree.. the next day came back to the shop..they told they didnt found it the will replace it with another one,, i sais it was fine if it"s the same quility product...they said ok ..sunday come back..they wanted to give me a cheap power adapter..didnt want it ..told them i want my original one...il come back again.. 2day i went back to collect my power adapter ..they said they cant cant give me my original power adapter. so i was so angry there way thr treat me ..as iam a reguler costomer.. zanele acting manager she is so rude ,she is not a profisional at her job...she treat her costomers like dirt,., she said said she dont care...and most of my things i pawn at samtuli mall ,, and i need my power adapter back..coz i pay what i owe the shop
