Child's tablet

I took my daughter's tablet 09th July for repairs and clearly stated that it's for school, the sales agent assured me that their repairs take 2 weeks so I will get it before the schools reopens. Until today 01.08.2025 the child's tablet is not back, every week when I go there it's stories after stories what annoys me the most is that the manager is not even there so you don't have anyone to escalate the issue to. At this point I see that store very useless and the manager as well because there's no way that sales agents can run a store by themselves. They might as well close it down CASH CRUSADERS BOULDERS 🚮🚮🚮
