Check your goods when you get it back!!!

I took my wife's phone to Cash Crusaders on the 30th of September Wednesday as I needed medication for a dental abscess I got. I went back and paid to get my wife's phone out on Friday evening around 6pm and after them not being able to find it, eventually a nice chap found it and gave it to us. When we got home to charge the phone we found the battery was gone.<br> <br> It was too late to go back Friday evening as the store had closed so we went there Saturday morning around 9am to resolve this. The guy who was responsible phoned around and couldn't find a battery. Now we were told that it will arrive later that day, another lie!<br> <br> When I went back on Sunday they said it MIGHT arrive in two days. This is 3 days without a phone and now my wife has possibly lost her job that she acquired on Wednesday due to this.<br> <br> They didn't bother giving us a loan phone or trying to solve this rapidly but rather just pile on excuse after excuse and now they still have our phone and box with accessories.<br> <br> I am planning on laying ******** charges if this is not resolved today
