Change Cash Crusader Roodepoort Manager Before The Business Goes Down !

I am utterly disgusted with the service i got from cash crusaders in Roodepoort branch , especially with their current store manager . last year November i bought an amplifier which had 5 channels , i believe this was tested in store , however when i arrived home not all channels were functioning in this amplifier . the next day my husband went to the store and complained however the sales person who assisted him into buying this amp said he can keep the amp meanwhile and when there is one available he will call him to exchange it . from that day we never played the amp to date . then on the 26/05/2018 we went back to the store to find out why we were never called , in fact we went to return the amp in exchange for another one , we explained this to the manager who had no business listening to us but acknowledged that her sales man was in the wrong , the attitude that the woman gave us was uncalled for and its nothing i have ever seen in my whole entire life .... she refused to exchange the amp for us and said she will have it fixed by the 1 of June . to date no one has called to say anything meaning we lost our money ... this woman doesn't know what customer service is , she has no manner of approach towards customers . she has failed us and all i want now is my money back i no longer want anything that has to do with that store , all thanks to her stinking attitude . we do not need people like her in the customer care industry . i am fed up i bought the amp with the money i worked hard for , therefore i want it back ...... she has no spirit of Ubuntu and yet she works with customers ...... shame on you ! ever heard of service excellence ? i do not think so #do the right thing
