CASH *****ERS not Cash Crusaders!!!

Cash Crusaders Sechaba Mall Bethlehem On the 5th of Feb I went to cash crusaders looking for a hifi system as we are not experts in this field we consulted the help of a salesman to assist us.We needed a hifi system to connect to our smart TV box for a surround sound effect.We explained what we needed to the sales and and the salesman sold us a sound system to do just that.We were advised that we could bring back the item within 7 days if we are not satisfied with the purchase.We tried to connect the sound system to our smart TV box but the system is not compatable with our smart TV box which basically means it's of no use to us as it cant serve its purpose. I went back to cash crusaders today to return the item only to now be told that we need to replace it in store with something else, something we dont need.We were even told to take a microwave just imagine!how exactly is the microwave going to be compatible with our tv dear sales lady??We tried explaining that the hifi system does not work on our tv and we cannot make use of it but we are told that we cant get our money back because that's the rules.Thats all good and well but why not explain this to customers in the first place when the purchase takes place?Why sell us an item if you are not sure whether it will work???and the excuse that the salesman comes up with is we all make mistakes, yes sir we do but why does YOUR mistake cost US R1250???How fair is that???No man really, then they nogal insist that we must take a microwave or something...if we wanted a microwave that's what we would've bought.There is not even one compatable item in store that can be of use for what we need but we are FORCED to do an exchange. So we ask to speak to the manager but unfortunately hes not available to waste his precious time on petty things such as an unhappy client.Cash Crusaders definately NOT the nr 1 goods store in SA!!!!
