Cash Sharks - Occupied ******* Trading (a.k.a. Cash Crusaders)

Dear All (that includes whoever the rather impolite exploitative disinterested counterproductive & ultimately inadequate manager of CC Cape Town is to his family & friends)

I purchased a specific small phone upon CC's recommendation that it will function within my detailed list of needs from CC Cape Town centre on the Saturday. Saturday evening, switching it on and attempting these functions, it turns out to be completely untrue.

I did not purchase a cheaper or different one as I originally wanted to, as I said, because they insisted on this one.

Sunday they were closed when I arrived. Monday morning first thing they refused to return it, offering me bigger more expensive things in exchange provided I pay the difference. I have language to express how this makes me feel, I'd rather not. The exchange between us ended with the manager and his rude and clearly exploitation-focused staff stating "Yes come back later and see if that works."

I have had to purchase another phone elsewhere that works. The brand new packaged and unused phone sits here. I have double-checked the definition of 'sales merchant', 'resale' and also 'loan shark'. Despite CC falling into the first category, they fall quite dead centre in the second by definition if the above is considered, and that is the reality.

Please assist and take steps to stop this line of business immediately, or change name to "Cash Sharks - Occupied ******* Trading". The suggested subtext should include "Exploiting the poor & desperate by false promises & misleading intentions in order to create rich buffoon managers who are generally known as ringleaders & aggressive 'Bosses' who 'run this city' and its poor."
