Cash cruseders Bad service.

On 27/06/2020 I went to the store looking for a loan of R1000.00 I took my sound to the store and i was told they only give me R600 from what i need due to sound price was decreased according to their system. The cashier explained to me the amount in return will be R733.50 and if i dont return back in the store it will have an interest of R133.50..following month i didnt go to the store due to work shifts.. While the contract shows if i dont return to the store the fee will be added following month of R133.50. The day i went to the store the cashier whom gavin the contract i was told he was not in shift.So they cant help me and my sound was sold four days back..wich i went back to the store on the 26/08/2020 with the amount of R1000.00 in my wallet to pay off my sound. The manager to the store told me "i didnt come on the 26/07/2020 to extend my contract so my sound was sold out. I told the manager but the casheir didnt expleain it to me like that. he only said if i dont return to the store following month thye will be interest fee of R133.50 not my sound to be sold without communication being send to me.No calls were made to me to my numbers including my friend number was not called for any communication. They manager at the store chaced us out side of the store and told us call the police or call our lawyers their nothing they can do.its none of their business....And stuff at the store were making unneccerssary noise telling us go outside the store.. And their stuff were rude to us..And even loughed at us..i felt like being mistreated by the store..and not fairly being assisted by the manager who was rude and shaving outside with my friends.. My friend saw how was angry at the store.?He tried to go back to store to speak to manager but refused to help us.He come out of the store and said to us to our lawyers or go to police station he dont care.. Now my sound in wich im still paying for was taken by the business I dont know if its being sold or what? but i still need my sound as its still new...now it only has 5 months from the store....please kindly help me Hello peter..
