Cash Crusaiders-Kenako mall

I returned a washing maching that is still in warranty to the Cash Crusaders-Kenako branch. I kept calling for a period of 3 weeks checking on the process. This Monday when I called in I was told of an amount I had to pay and their reason was that I overloaded the machine, which is utter nonsense ! I spoke to the repairs consultant Daryl that was no way I overloaded the machine and that I need them to provide me with proof of their finding. He then sent me to His manager Mario whi was very friendly and constantly called me to give me feedback. The matter was escalated to the IT department and a manager from the supplier's side was to contact me back. What a pathetic service I got from them infact they are giving a bad service to Cash Crusaders, they are literally hiding behind them. I felt bad complaining to the shop as they gave me good service and listened to my ranting unfortunately I bought the machine from Cash Crusaders either way they will have to see to it that my machine is fixed and ready for me to pick up. Am contemplating involving my lawyer as I need my machine back or they pay me back my money !!
