i wish i could give this branch a zero. i hada item on a buy back and the due date was on the 27th Jan this was with the grace period they give you, i called head office and the branch to get hold of this people and no one could assist. i went in2 the branch and waited 3HOURS FOR A MANAGER that was at no avail. and no staff member could assist me!!! i honestly hope no1 ever makes business with this branch because its like they dont know what they doing and because of this it seens i will loose my item, this is a ****ty place with workers that dont care about thr clientele
