Cash Crusaders you are disgusting

As a client/customer who was offered a service by cash crusaders and now I'm a very unhappy client.I bought a music box by you guys and before the expiring date of the box the tweeters of the box are not working but now you guys are telling me i must pay R500.00 to fix the tweeters or the box.This was before the expiring date of the box how can this be. I am very very unhappy with you guys and your services you guys are not even going and extra mile by helping me out as a client,you guys are just deciding that i must pay a R500.00 and that's not how you treat a client.What if this was a factory fault now you guys are telling me to pay money,and i bought the box by you guys for R3599.00 thats not money to play with ,cash crusaders you are the worst franchising company i have ever bought from and your services are horrible.
