Cash Crusaders Worcester poor service

We bought a used Laptop at Cash Crusaders Worcester, In the shop when the product was tested it worked fine and they told us we get a warranty with the product.

A week later the laptop stopped working so we took the laptop back to the shop where they told us it would be sent away for repairs.

one week after that the shop closed for renovations without our laptop being sent away for repairs, its been over a month now and the laptop still hasn't been sent away for repairs, this is very very poor service!!
