Cash Crusaders wont repair the cellphone

On 25 July 2015 i bought a second hand cellphone from Cash Crusaders in pinetown. four months down the line the cellphone could not power on it kept on restarting. I sent the phone to them and they asked for a second slip which i never received when i purchased the phone. i only receive one slip which i signed and that is the slip i provided them when sending the phone for repairs as it was still under warranty. they said they want the second slip in order to book the phone for repair. *** i never received any second slip they just do not want to repair the phone thats all!!!
