Cash Crusaders Wonder Park Pretoria (Bad Service)

Quiet a bad customer service, I’ve witnessed in a long time from an aggressive proclaimed owner of the wonder park Pretoria franchise. I’ve been there a couple of times but I’ve now realized where the root of the staff attitude comes from. As business owner myself, I know how much a customer means to the business, that’s why always keeping the service on A+ is always good, so to instill the culture of returning customers and word of mouth as a reference to keep our businesses going. While I was in the waiting seat, the guy was shouting and being rude to this lady who had bought a computer literally 4 days. The devices are second hand so there’s quiet a big possibility of them having a problem, though making it impossible for the customer to get assisted without hassles was just not necessary as they depend on customers for their profits. So not happy, me and the owner exchanged words and it almost got to handling one another, not the proudest moment but definitely they could learn a thing or too from what I had to say. Treat the customer right. Even though I’m not a returning customer and I’d never advice anyone to allow the treatment of being disrespected and belittled.
