Cash Crusaders Witbank downtown is the worst shop with consultants who knows that their equipment is defective but still sells to you and defend their arrogant attitude. I do not advise anyone to buy there

I had a terrible encounter with cash crusaders in Witbank down town. I bought microphones , tried to use them and I found out they were not working . I returned the mics after two days . They told they would send them for analysis and fixing. I then told them that I dont want that brand anymore as it was not reliable. The service consultant said told me that they can only exchange when my misc come back from checking. I emphasized that the mic's never worked hence I needed new ones not repaired ones. I waited for three weeks , no one called me up until I went back to the shop. They told my mica were back. I told them that i needed a diffraction brand as previously discussed , i was ready to top up the money so that I could get a better brand. The service consultant then changed the tune. I bought microphones for R1 400 which never worked. They told me that I must sell to them and their offer was R400 rand. The consultants are so disrespectful and arrogant. I asked to speak to the stores manager , but I was told he/she is busy. I was told to wait. I waited for almost 2hours. After 2 hours I was told I could not see the manager. All they told me was the R400. This is the worst service I have gotten from this shop. Anyone who buys there must be careful as many things have factory defects
