CASH CRUSADERS WILL CRUCIFY YOU

I bought a 2nd hand Sony PS3 at Polokwane Cash Crusaders Checkers Center. I had problems with the unit from day one and took it back to the store and was told that its console and they will give me new consoles as and when they have new consoles. I used my old consoles the problem persisted. I then decided to take it back to the store for refund that was on the 9th of September. They have been quiet I have to call them and ask them what is going on. Today I called their Johannesburg office, I was transfered to their complaints and they continoulsy drop the call. This problem of poor service is not not only in Cash Crusaders Polokwane it looks like its a chronic situation in Cash Crusaders. I want my money they can keep it and sell it to another gullible soul
