Cash Crusaders WhatsApp line needs better service

Today was the worst experience I've ever had. I messaged at 12 pm on WhatsApp to pawn an item at cash crusaders Overport city, got a reply at 1pm sent the pictures store is closing now and no response at all. They usually respond with their name but this branch doesn't, from Wednesday I've been trying to get my item through but no luck, extremely disappointed
