CASH CRUSADERS WHALECOAST MALL HERM**** - NON RETURN/REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY

A friend and I each purchases a Dixon Wireless In-Ear Neckband Earphones from Cash Crusaders, Whalecoast Mall Herm**** Branch. We were told that if there was any problem with the earphones we could return it. We both had a problem with the earphones as the volume was not loud enough when calls came in. In addition, I wear a hearing aid so was unable to use the earphones. We both took the earphones back but were told that they do not accept returns and we could not exchange the items nor get a refund. Pretty unacceptable as we are now both in possession of wireless earphones which we cannot use.
