Cash Crusaders Westwood Mall

I have made a purchase of a Sony Playstation 3 along with 5 games from Cash Crusaders Westwood Mall on the 3 December 2024. When the purchase was made I contacted the store the same day and asked them if I could collect it as I'm not from the same area. They agreed that everything was in perfect working order and we could collect it on the 4 December 2024. When we go to the store they tell us that they don't have the games and we need to select other games. So we did that. Then they say they need to check it. We agreed. When they did they tell us that the game is not working. So I found it strange that they checked it the same morning and it was working but when we went to collect the game wasnt working. So then we let it be and asked them for a refund. They then told us it takes 7 working days. We waited for the 7 working days and up until today no one has gotten back to us. I called there numerous times asked for the manager and all. She took all the banking details and assured us we would be refunded the same day she called us. But up until now we can't get anything from that store. I exhausted all sources of communication now. I emailed, I called I whatsapped them and still nothing. They told me they will contact me but still nothing.
