Cash crusaders westwood has ****med me of my money and my Iphone 14 pro

I have had the worst experience when i powned my Iphone at Cash Crusader West wood .I was aske to remove my apple id and i did so i can get money and after stipulated days i could pay interest or take out my phone .so i kept it there for a wile i kept on paying interest . Last week Thursday i manged to get all the money to take my phone out and i paid R10500 to take it out .when i have the phone and trying to log on to my i cloud guess what some one at the store had been using the phone and had put tthe store id on my phone and when i called the shop no one is owning up and they do not know the password so i went back to the shop and they started asking me about proof of purchase something i have never been asked for ever since i started using the pawning service . so they knew it had the store ID they made me pay R10500 for a phone the knew was damaged since the did not know the apple password.Please dont send your I phone there because after all this there is no ownership that someone made a mistake instested im being sent from pillar to post
