Cash crusaders westgate mall horrible service

I had thee most horrible experience from cash crusaders westgate mall. I guy with the name of JUNAID assisted my husband on the 05/10/24. My husband took a amp as per usual he had to check the item. As he was checking the item he blew the amp and the entire shop's lights and systems tripped. He went to check the item and the light went on and he complete everything. I also advised my husband that when he collect the item he must ensure that they check the amp again.

On the 25/10/24 we went to collect the amp and my husband asked them to check it again which they did. There was no light the amp was dead no POWER AT ALL. The manager came with alot of stories since Friday but when we took the item to them it worked and JUNAID was *********** and blew the amp and now they dont want to do the right thing and either buy a new amp or give us our money. This is the worst service ever. Mr Ismail has all the excuses in the world but no solution.

This is one horrible store and I need answers as there's alot of witnesses to say what happened that day.
