Cash Crusaders VR MALL

I have been dealing with Cash Crusaders for several years now, I have delt with a few branches( CC Goodwood-Western Cape, CC Stoneridge-JHB,CC ALBERTON-JHB, CC Main Street -Rosettenville-JHB, which gave me excellent service ) lastly and painfully CC VR Mall-Edenvale-JHB. At Cash Crusaders VR Mall Edenvale branch I was treated unprofessionally, I felt so violated, ******, the store manager could not assist me, he was nonchalant and completely dismissive of my situation. They are no better than the ******* pawn shops you find out there, I would never ever recommend that branch to any customer, if you want to be niellated that's the place to go, thank God they are a franchise! judging by the lack of empathy and incompetence that this Cash Crusaders Edenvale has due to that I have lost my sentimental gold chain that my late Dad had given me for my sweet 16.I have loaned against my chain for over 10 years and never ever had an issue, then to my surprise Cash Crusaders VR MALL ****** me, without a logic explanation nor a valid reason, I am disgusted and I hope and pray that this never happens to another customer, Cash Crusaders VR Mall Edenvale takes advantage of vulnerable customers who are in situations, my tears fell, but guess what not for nothing, my tears fell on dry ground, something must sprout! Please note that this incident happen on the 19/06/2025, the manager Neil promised to call me back and till this day, not a single word from him. Cash Crusaders VR MALL will always be a very dramatic and traumatic experience that I will never forget and with that said has left a very bitter taste in my mouth.
