Cash Crusaders Vincento Zore Manager Bad Attitude refuse to refund me

Good day I bought a microwave at Cashcrusaders Wonderpark on 20th of Jan 2025 , It worked for less than a month I took it back to the store today the 21-02-2025 for a replacement or refund since I saw a similar model but the Vincento Zore Manager is refusing to replace or give me a refund he says he will be taking the microwave I bought from them for evaluation and I will wait for about 30 days before he can refund me and I told him he must just give me my refund because I cannot be without a microwave but he refused ,
