cash crusaders verwoedpark are pathetic

cash crusaders are *******. i have two items that are practically brand new and their combined retail value is R5500 they offered me R600 for both items. I then contacted head office to complain the receptionist told me that they could not intervene i told her to put me through to complaints anyway, she then laughed at me. she did however very reluctantly put me through to the complaints department. i am now waiting for their response.
