They ****** me in day light,I layer my complaint to their head office no one get back to me after they took my money just like that.,never purchase anything there if you want your life to be easy,I bought a phone for 3000 and they told me it has a 7 day guarantee to return if its not performing the way ,got home charged the phone it was as hot as oven and I returned it after 4days and they told me that they can't take it back because the Didge was discontinued, so I was like but I have a warranty, then they say we are sorry,I had to seat there with my wife like we are mad people ,then the manager came just before they shut the doors and says we only gonna give you R1500 because they don't make those phones anymore,what,why is that my problem? They gave me attitude and because we needed the money to get a new phone for the business we had no choice but to take that and we did tell them we shall report this matter and the manager says its fine go ahead..I still need my balance from them ,we won't rest from these cruel people ,actual that branch needs to shut down..
