Cash crusaders unreliable

Cash crusaders repair period is rigged and the employees have an attitude as if they helped pay for the products

On the 30th of November 2018 I bought a laptop it was on a Friday when I got home the laptop couldn't charge, so I told myself I'll return it the following day which was Saturday unfortunately when I got there around 13:00 the store was already closed.

On Monday I took the laptop back and told them what happened well they said they will take it for repair and I should wait for 2 weeks and come back to fetch it, after two weeks I called the store and they told when the laptop wasn't ready. Well I gave them another 2 weeks which made it 4 weeks and still the laptop wasn't available and the stuff at the store started giving me attitude whenever I came to the store.

I called the store on the 5th week and I talked to the manager, she told me to hold wait and hangup while they check for the laptop, I never got a call back when I tried to call they hangup my calls.

Isn't there a law that protects me against this kind of misconduct?
